Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

i. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the customer and Borrow that Bag.

Damaged or Stolen Goods
i. If a bag is returned in a damaged or dirty condition (as determined by Borrow that Bag in its sole discretion), Borrow that Bag may invoice you for the full cost of repairing or replacing the bag.
ii. If a bag is stolen, the full market value of the bag will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
iii. If a bag is stolen, Borrow that Bag will file a police report and provide authorities with your driver’s licence.
iv. If necessary, Borrow that Bag will commence legal proceedings to recoup the stolen bag or the market value of the stolen bag.

Delivery and Returns

i. All bags will be shipped with tracked Australia Post.
ii. Bags will be shipped with express post.
iii. Delivery times for bags may vary based upon (a) inventory availability, (b) your delivery address, (c) when you place an order and (d) other circumstances impacting delivery.
iv. Customers will be provided a postage paid return shipping satchel.
v. Customers are required to return the bag on the previously agreed upon date.
vi. Bags must be returned with the original dust bag and be wrapped in bubble wrap provided to customers.
vii. If there is a delay in the customer returning the bag to the post office, customers are required to advise Borrow that Bag as soon as possible.

Late Fees

i. All bags will be shipped with tracked Australia Post.
ii. Bags will be shipped with express post.
iii. Delivery times for bags may vary based upon (a) inventory availability, (b) your delivery address, (c) when you place an order and (d) other circumstances impacting delivery.
iv. Customers will be provided a postage paid return shipping satchel.

vi. Bags must be returned with the original dust bag and be wrapped in bubble wrap provided to customers.
vii. If there is a delay in the customer returning the bag to the post office, customers are required to advise Borrow that Bag as soon as possible.

Cancellation

i. If the customer cancels the order 7 days prior to the dispatch date for delivery, the client shall be entitled to a full refund.
ii. If the customer cancels the order less than 7 days prior to the dispatch date the client shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the hire fee.
iii. The remaining 50% of the hire fee shall be retained by Borrow that Bag as compensation for the cancellation of the order.
iv. Borrow that Bag is entitled to cancel the bag agreement at any time and is not required to disclose the reason to the customer.
v. If Borrow that Bag cancels the order through no fault of the customer, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Refunds

i. Borrow that Bag only provides refunds in exceptional circumstances and in its sole discretion.
ii. In the event you wish to discuss a refund, contact Borrow that Bag immediately upon receipt of your bag.
iii. Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit for the value of the rental less any shipping fee.
iv. If you have any issues with your order, please notify us within an hour of receipt of the bag with a valid reason for your return.
iv. All refunds are made in the sole discretion of Borrow that Bag.

Credit Card Authorisation

By agreeing to hire via our website or social media platform, you authorise Borrow that Bag to process credit card payment of late fees, damage or theft. No credit card debit will occur if no costs are incurred.
Borrow that Bag also require a copy of a corresponding drivers licence as proof of identity.
